Reporting to the Credit Manager your key focus will be to proactively manage all processes related to ex-tenant debt collection through to litigation and instruct and manage solicitors, with focus on early collection to reduce the need for legal action and to save costs.

The Audit Manager – Risk will have significant responsibility in the following areas:

• Developing and implementing an approach to ensure that IA’s responsibilities relating to the IRMR process, in co-ordination with Hub and country risk managers, are delivered on-time, to the quality required, and in compliance with industry ‘best practice’.
• Developing and implementing a method of reporting to the Risk Committee on the same
• Working with functional heads, carrying out corporate centre level and BPO risk assessments

To communicate effectively with depot team, CSC, Telesales and customers regarding all aspects of service and      route planning. Unloading / loading and checking goods within the warehouse operation. Locate stock in the warehouse storage area. Assemble orders for delivery in line with picking documentation. - To monitor attended hours against planned work, investigate discrepancies and highlight offenders to depot management.
- To assist in the facilitation of management information that is related to Transport KPIs. In particular for ‘On time’ and productivity measures.
- Be the main point of contact regarding the set up/closure of accounts. Liaise with accounts and depot risk assessors to ensure all related activities are communicated to enable successful and speedy activation of customer accounts.
