UK: Relationship Marketing Manager

The central RM Team handles RM & Digital consultancy for key brands in GB (and the role primarily focuses on eRM/RM for Smirnoff, Guinness, Gordon’s, Baileys & Bell’s). The role also offers support to our Super-Premium Reserve brands, plus Malts, Wines, Shopper & Customer teams.
Purpose of Role
To champion RM across the business, by becoming an invaluable resource to the brand teams, and taking a lead in the RM strategy and its evolution across the business. Success here will ensure the focus on RM is maintained, so delivering short and long term value to the business by building and maintaining relationships with our highest value consumers
Core to the role is maintaining overall responsibility for the database.

UK: Brand Development Executive

* As a Brand Development Executive, your responsibilities will include:
* Selling the brand propositions to outlet decision-makers with passion and conviction
* Developing core brands in targeted outlets
* Ensuring excellent execution of promotional campaigns
* Build excellent internal and external working relationships
* Carrying out bar planning and ensuring technical services and any other service issues are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction
* Conducting regular reviews of depot performance vs. plan, and recommend corrective actions where necessary
* Identifying business opportunities and providing ‘frontline intelligence’

UK: Crafts

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Multi skilled Engineering Crafts persons to join our existing team at Royal Brewery in Manchester.
Reporting directly to our site Packaging Engineering Manager, your role will be to provide technical and operational support to the site in the repair, service, operation and maintenance of variety of production plant across the packaging department.
The ideal candidate should have Mechanical / Electrical Engineering HNC or NVQ level 3 in plant maintenance or equivalent. Ideally you should have a strong background of working within a high-speed manufacturing environment, as well as a proven record of successfully supporting a site, within the mechanical arena.

UK: Driver’s Mate

To assist the Driver in deliveries of products to outlets/depots.
- Collection of empty containers and re-use within the designated depot.
- Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
- To adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with Warehouse duties or elsewhere in the Depot as and when required.

The role involves regular interaction and communication with various regions and cost centre managers (including senior personnel) and as such good verbal and written communication skills are essential.

UK: Audit Manager- Risk

Developing and implementing an approach to ensure that IA’s responsibilities relating to the IRMR process, in co-ordination with Hub and country risk managers, are delivered on-time, to the quality required, and in compliance with industry ‘best practice’.
• Developing and implementing a method of reporting to the Risk Committee on the same
• Working with functional heads, carrying out corporate centre level and BPO risk assessments
• Co-ordinating activities with other functions that have risk-related responsibilities, for example Group Insurance, and Finance & Control regarding IFC

UK: Planning & Resource Coordinator

To communicate effectively with depot team, CSC, Telesales and customers regarding all aspects of service and route planning. Unloading / loading and checking goods within the warehouse operation. Locate stock in the warehouse storage area. Assemble orders for delivery in line with picking documentation. Load order onto relevant vehicle. Operate FLT manual handling equipment within H&S / company guidelines. Maintain housekeeping standards. – To perform any other operative/Planning duties to meet the needs of the business.
- To ensure H&S, O License and any other legislative requirements are being met as part of the planning of routes.
- To provide route planning services, optimizing costs and service performance.
- To ensure plans are delivered in a timely manner, enhancing depot operational performance.
- To regularly review route plans with the Transport Manager. Investigate planned vs actual performance and focus on continuous improvement to ensure plans are of the highest quality.
- To work with the depot team to review plans, customer service and performance. To gather feedback from crews and depot management teams to identify and deliver areas of improvement.
- To monitor the depot planning mailboxes and resolve all planning related queries.
- To work with the national planning manager to produce a list of delivery days and time windows to optimize the efficiency of the route plan.
- To carry out data alignment exercises on a regular basis to confirm that DiPS and DeMon values are aligned and that planned and actual road speeds are as close as possible.

UK: Project Manager

* Prepare site capital plans with cost submissions and supporting business case for each CAPEX applications
* Work with the Procurement Department on tendering process for all capital projects
* Implement Heineken standards for project management
* Provide guidance and effective communication to site teams
* Ensure safety management of contractors in accordance with H&S legislation
* Administer all project documents
