UK: Relationship Marketing Manager

The central RM Team handles RM & Digital consultancy for key brands in GB (and the role primarily focuses on eRM/RM for Smirnoff, Guinness, Gordon’s, Baileys & Bell’s). The role also offers support to our Super-Premium Reserve brands, plus Malts, Wines, Shopper & Customer teams.
Purpose of Role
To champion RM across the business, by becoming an invaluable resource to the brand teams, and taking a lead in the RM strategy and its evolution across the business. Success here will ensure the focus on RM is maintained, so delivering short and long term value to the business by building and maintaining relationships with our highest value consumers
Core to the role is maintaining overall responsibility for the database.

Brazil: Shopper Planner Manager

This role will be responsible for building shopper, category (total beverage alcohol) and channel/customer understanding and working with Customer Marketing.
This role will also be responsible for introducing the shopper into the Marketing and Sales teams and over time, working with Brand Marketing and Consumer Planning to integrate shopper understanding into the GAME Plans and increase the effectiveness of brand activities at the point of purchase.

Making decisions in the CCO’s behalf and managing specific project work and ad hoc tasks where appropriate.

Hungary: Solutions Centre Junior Manager

The purpose of the role is to lead a team that encompasses various OTC processes in the Cash Cycle Solution centre. On top of the global process focus, the team is fully focused on specific markets and responsible for general issue resolution, problem solving and query management of a given market. The primary aim for the team is to either deliver “first time” issue resolution directly to requestor or liaise with different Cash Cycle resolver groups, the team must act as a first point of contact towards any market user. The Junior Manager needs to coordinate this work, and in addition must take responsibility for ownership of issues and proper follow up of resolution.

Nigeria: Retail Redistribution Manager

# Responsible for training and structured coaching of distributor and Guinness Nigeria staff on Retail Redistribution Scheme (RRS) and other Route to Consumer initiatives. Wide influencing needed, ranging from ensuring the right Van Sales Men (VSM) are recruited, training and testing, ensuring VSMs are paid adequately to drive performance, distributors are owning and driving their VSMs performance, etc.

# Collate local reporting and identify main priorities for improvement by the divisional teams.

# Must ensure that weekly action plans are effective, especially for the weakest distributors on RRS – to achieve this, must regularly attend weekly reviews between VSMs and RDMs for the territories with the weakest performance

Maryland: Director of Risk, Environment & Governance

To support the Relay leadership team to ensure total compliance with the LTO and risk agenda. Includes timely and accurate reporting of all compliance performance and other mattersLiaison with external competent authorities including OSHA and MDE.Lead HACCP Accreditation process.To provide functional direction and standards to the Department Managers .The role will liaise directly with manufacturing development and brand technical to ensure consistency and alignment of risk and quality agenda with the BTC.To oversee risk on key projects including the impact of Cardinal on the Relay footprint.
