Reconcile assigned accounts
Research and resolve past due items (including finance charges)
Research and resolve unapplied payments, short payments and out of balance items
Review and mail past due letters
Record and maintain accurate records on issues handled

Process ARA’s relating to refunds and request related A/P check
Document status of resolution of all items 7 days past due terms and highlight items of concern for management
Review customers’ payment history, sales history and credit terms profile and recommend re-rating on account’s credit terms and conditions accordingly.

Partner with a chain territory manager who oversees 15-25 established chain grocery store accounts (i.e. Safeway/Vons).
Perform sales support functions to include the use of current point of sale marketing materials, oversight of the shelf space in the chain territory manager’s accounts, consistent communication with the representative regarding changes in buyer preferences and or out of stock inventory concerns/situations encountered during weekend hours.

• Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills external customer needs
• Enters data into computer to determine total cost for customer
• Informs customer of prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer
• Analyzes customer’s account for credit checking and account establishment.
• Reconciles customer accounts in according with basic accounting functions.
• Partners with internal customers such as sales, warehouse, purchasing and pricing to ensure inventory requested by the customer is in-stock, priced correctly and available for shipment
• Obtains all required approval for pricing discounts or exceptions to routine procedures
