California: Visitor Center Representative

Greet guests and offer information on our tastings and tours
• Perform table service of wine for winery visitors
• Educate visitors about our wines, the winery and the Carneros district
• Assist visitors in selecting wines for enjoyment at their table or in their home. Utilize excellent sales skills to encourage wine sales; inform visitors about shipping options to help facilitate their purchase
• Present the benefits of membership in the Chateau Society and assist visitors in becoming members
• Comply with all Alcohol Beverage Commission regulations for wine sales and service
• Maintain tasting area, service bar, kitchen area, audio/visual presentation room and conference room in a manner appropriate to the image of Domaine Carneros

Kenya: Stocks Accountant

Barley and Malt are the principal raw materials used in the manufacture of beer and East African Maltings Limited has the strategic role of providing competitively priced brewing raw materials to meet EABL supply requirements.

East African Maltings intent is to support both EABL Supply and Demand’s strategic activities, protect the quality of our brands, support innovation and creation of competitive advantage for the EABL group within the Eastern African Region.

The role works closely with the Head of Finance, Financial Planning and Reporting Manager, Barley accountant, Inventory control manager, Shift Operations managers, External auditors and consultants, approved EAML haulers, Suppliers, EABL Supply Kenya and Uganda.

Oregon: Harvest Intern

Beaux Freres, is currently seeking skilled interns for our upcoming vintage. We source fruit from our two estate vineyards as well 3 additional vineyards within the Northern Willamette Valley. Duties include help with picking, lab analysis, fruit sorting, sanitation, pump over’s, punch downs, fermentation management and barrel work.

New-York: Brand Manager

Seasoned Brand Manager with accountability for the creation, development and implementation of brand business plans and activities in support of the P&L goals for Diageo’s American Whiskey portfolio including Bulleit, George Dickel, 7-Crown, VO and other brands future brands currently in development. This is a key position within the organization, with day-to-day brand management duties including: developing consumer-centric category strategy, developing strategic brand plans and monitoring their execution, measurement and evaluation, innovation development and 3rd party relationship management.

Decision Making / Financial Responsibility:
Role will manage A&P investment in excess of $5 million. Decisions will be made regarding how best to implement strategic choices at a day-to-day operational level within identified quality, cost and time constraints.

Illinois: Bottling Team Leader

Position requires an understanding of all aspects of the bottling operations including safety requirements, bottling operations, quality operations, quality standards, and management of supply, SAP, budget requirements, inventory management, KPI requirements, lean manufacturing techniques and other regulatory requirements.

California: Cellar Worker

Understand operating principles and be capable of operation of all winery production equipment.
• Good working knowledge of each position on the bottling line.
• Keep production areas clean and organized to set standards.
• As directed, make cellar additions to juice and wine.
• Follow all safety procedures as per company policy and in accordance with all local, state and federal laws.
• Basic supervision of harvest interns.
• Represent the winery in a positive manner at internal and external events.
• Handle changing priorities in the work environment based on winemaking needs.

Canada: Transport driver

Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, Plan travel schedules and routes, Use atlases and other trip planning aids, Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment, Monitor vehicle performance and mechanical fitness

Ohio: Reliability Engineer

Provides Operational Reliability through improvement in Process, People and Asset Reliability. The Reliability Engineer will ensure that processes are functional and validated to perform at their design capability and inherent reliability. Work within a team-based, operator-based maintenance, union environment. Facilitate the development of operators, within support area, toward the achievment of maintenance competencies.
