Maryland: Promotions Supervisor

Assist the Promotions Manager in developing an overall strategy for the group that impacts all promotional activity including national programs, POS, display loaders, etc.​

· Responsible for creating and executing promotional programs including 4 core promotion periods, all event marketing initiatives and brand equity driving programs

· Manage supplier and partner relationships; negotiate pricing, production timeline and product deliverables for all merchandising programs.​

· Monitor and manage progress of promotions in order to communicate effectively with sales and report on the level of success.​

· Evaluate usefulness of promotions through quantitative and qualitative analysis.​

· Manage program budgets and provide input into monthly forecast.​

· Work with suppliers, sales force, creative, and production team to identify potential new point of sale & promotional items and make recommendations to Sr.​ Management.​

· Work with Sales force to assess, uncover, and meet promotional needs.​

· Manage Promotions Coordinator/​Specialist in the execution of all promotional programs.​ Focus specifically on managing the timeline and budgeting process and holding team to task to ensure quality and timely execution.​

· Negotiate terms and pricing within program budgets to ensure BBC gets best value.​

Maryland: Mid-Atlantic Area Sales Manager

The candidate’s mission is to manage the daily business of Victory
Brewing Company wholesale partners within a specific territory. Including
the business development of each wholesaler including market specific
work targeted in increased distribution and sales. Gain an intimate and
working knowledge of each wholesale partner’s organization including an
open relationship with all members of the management and sales team.
Represent the Victory Brewing Company in the retail trade as the first
point of contact from the brewery. This position reports directly to the
Director of Sales while maintaining an open working relationship with all
levels of the Victory Team. The ideal candidate should live in the
Baltimore, DC, Northern Virginia area.

Maryland: Business Analyst -Sales Administrator

Responsible for compiling, maintaining, analyzing and presenting market, customer, & internal company sales data to evaluate performance and sales strategies in the market.

**Maintains databases and prepares weekly/monthly reports using MicroStrategy and other database reporting tools.

**Provides analysis of market execution and ad-hoc reporting to Director and Managers, including brand budgets.

**Manage all budgets as they relate to brand expenditures and the analysis of spending.

**Must interact and support the sales team on an on-going basis.

**Create budget reports and lead special projects.

**Responsible for: scheduling appointments; assisting clerical and administrative support; providing information to clients and sales team; filing and record keeping; composing correspondences and creating sales presentations.
