North Carolina: Account Manager

OHIO: Brewing Operator

Our Brewing Operators are expected to be able to learn every aspect of the brewing process. An operator can find him or herself working on anything from the kegline and forklift operation to the mixing of ingredients and the cleaning of tanks. Maryland: Promotions Supervisor

Assist the Promotions Manager in developing an overall strategy for the group that impacts all promotional activity including national programs, POS, display loaders, etc.​

· Responsible for creating and executing promotional programs including 4 core promotion periods, all event marketing initiatives and brand equity driving programs

· Manage supplier and partner relationships; negotiate pricing, production timeline and product deliverables for all merchandising programs.​

· Monitor and manage progress of promotions in order to communicate effectively with sales and report on the level of success.​

· Evaluate usefulness of promotions through quantitative and qualitative analysis.​

· Manage program budgets and provide input into monthly forecast.​

· Manage Promotions Coordinator/​Specialist in the execution of all promotional programs.​ Focus specifically on managing the timeline and budgeting process and holding team to task to ensure quality and timely execution.​

· Negotiate terms and pricing within program budgets to ensure BBC gets best value.​

Las-Vegas: Key Account Manager

We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager in Las Vegas.

The Key Account Manager focuses on managing existing core accounts and developing new core accounts by increasing availability and visibility of BBC products at retail within a territory. A high emphasis is placed on conducting Planning and Review meetings, conducting promotional activities, executing BBC standards, and overall business maintenance within a given account base. This position will focus 100% on retail and reports to a District Manager

To Be Mixed With:

· Key Account Managemenet and Development
· Increase availability, visibility and sales within defined account base.
· Conduct Monthly and Quarterly meetings with Management at Key Accounts to create and execute Brand Building initiatives.
· Conduct Monthly meetings with Distributor On Premise Manager create and execute Brand Building initiative
· Provide an understanding and interpretation of the market trends, competition, and company background to accounts.
· Conduct daily business in an autonomous fashion while maintaining a good “business sense” in regards to time constraints, financial guidelines, and company ethics.
· Plan and conduct impactful promotions and wait staff educations
· Submit accurate and timely reports and paperwork to appropriate Boston Beer and wholesaler individuals.
· Manage T&E, POS, and local marketing budgets.

Boston: Manager of Business Analysis

The Manager of Business Analysis – All Geographic Divisions is responsible for ensuring that reporting and analysis for Sales are executed and delivered in a timely manner to allow for efficient business-making decisions by the end user.

Boston: HelpDesk Technician

# Responsible for providing technical support to all BBC employees for both PC and Macintosh platforms by completing & assigning tasks, managing priorities, following up on issues, and through consistent use of help desk software while ensuring customer satisfaction.​.

# Help select and train IT Coop while ensuring that IT Coop is providing the utmost in customer service and satisfaction.

# Surveying subset of cases in Track-It to ensure proper & consistent use of help desk software, that users are getting the best support possible as well as identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.

# Administration of company cellular plans and remote Internet access devices while ensuring we are getting the best value from our providers.

# Maintaining the IT Intranet homepage and communicating changes to IT Coop and Desktop Systems Administrator.

# Conduct telecom changes; adds/​moves/​changes

# Responsible to ensure all new hires have the appropriate equipment they need.

# Responsible to ensure all terminated employees turn in their equipment back to BBC in a timely fashion while delivering data to manager if necessary.
