Our Toronto, Marketing Assets Team, is looking for a talented, independent, decision making, Administrative Assistant to assist with the team’s goal to deliver the annual business plan and objectives for the group.Perform diverse administrative duties for the Vice President and staff of Marketing Assets which require independent judgment, initiative and problem solving skills.
• Coordination and maintenance of the Department Budgets.
• Handle confidential correspondence for the Vice President, Marketing Assets and direct reports..
• Compose routine correspondence, memoranda and presentations for the department.
• Coordinates travel arrangements, schedules and other Molson / Departmental processes
• Monitor & maintain appointment schedule for Vice President Marketing Assets and direct reports.
• Maintain accurate departmental records as required by VP Marketing Assets

* Issue accurate information to ex-lessee
* Obtain payment on undisputed completions
* Investigate disputed completions
* Track progress of change of lessee process providing accurate reports

Canada: Payroll Specialist
This position administers hourly and salary payroll for unionized and non-unionized employees across Canada and the US.​ This job entails all aspects of payroll processes, including:
- Time & Attendance monitoring
- Payroll Calculation
- Payroll Disbursement
- Payroll Administration
- Payroll Reconciliation and Year End Activities
- Payroll Reporting
- Payroll Queries
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepares and establishes payroll records for employees by collecting and verifying various pay data elements for payroll calculation, disbursement and administration.
* Ensures pay registers, direct deposits, cheques and various labour reports are accurate and distributed in a timely fashion as per our payroll reporting processes.
* Ensures interpretation of requirements imposed through legislation, collective agreements and company policies are implemented and adhered to appropriately.​
* Assist in all aspects of payroll accounting.​ This includes our payroll reconciliation of budget data, month and year end reconciliations and government reporting and reconciling.
