UK: Brand Development Executive
* As a Brand Development Executive, your responsibilities will include:
* Selling the brand propositions to outlet decision-makers with passion and conviction
* Developing core brands in targeted outlets
* Ensuring excellent execution of promotional campaigns
* Build excellent internal and external working relationships
* Carrying out bar planning and ensuring technical services and any other service issues are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction
* Conducting regular reviews of depot performance vs. plan, and recommend corrective actions where necessary
* Identifying business opportunities and providing ‘frontline intelligence’
UK: Crafts
An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Multi skilled Engineering Crafts persons to join our existing team at Royal Brewery in Manchester.
Reporting directly to our site Packaging Engineering Manager, your role will be to provide technical and operational support to the site in the repair, service, operation and maintenance of variety of production plant across the packaging department.
The ideal candidate should have Mechanical / Electrical Engineering HNC or NVQ level 3 in plant maintenance or equivalent. Ideally you should have a strong background of working within a high-speed manufacturing environment, as well as a proven record of successfully supporting a site, within the mechanical arena.
California: Assistant Winemaker
To safely and efficiently produce maximum quality wines via wine planning, analysis and documentation. Maintain a focus on safety at all times Generate work orders and plan (harvest, barrel aging and blending) Evaluate laboratory analyses on a daily basis and ensure that proper levels of all constituents (such as SO2, acid, alcohol, and sugar) are maintained in the wine Quality control – winemaking and bottling materials Identify and resolve any wine quality issues (i.e., microbial instability, oxidation, volatile acidity, stability)
Develop and maintain all wine and barrel inventory Plan and create documentation for winemaking technique and sanitation procedures Conduct and evaluate all winemaking experimentation. Coordinate the annual barrel ordering, receiving and associated capital planning activities Coordinate all production tastings with accompanying technical information Responsibility for the laboratory personnel, financial management, and analytical precision Responsible for the sourcing of seasonal interns for the laboratory and winemaking Education
Brazil: Shopper Planner Manager
This role will be responsible for building shopper, category (total beverage alcohol) and channel/customer understanding and working with Customer Marketing.
This role will also be responsible for introducing the shopper into the Marketing and Sales teams and over time, working with Brand Marketing and Consumer Planning to integrate shopper understanding into the GAME Plans and increase the effectiveness of brand activities at the point of purchase.
UK: Driver’s Mate
To assist the Driver in deliveries of products to outlets/depots.
- Collection of empty containers and re-use within the designated depot.
- Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
- To adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with Warehouse duties or elsewhere in the Depot as and when required.
Massachusetts: Sensory Scientist
The Sensory Scientist will conduct and monitor internal and external Sensory evaluations of beverage and food prototypes, products, and ingredients, and reports results in verbal and written technical communications. Manages the Quality Sensory Plant Training Program with assistance from the Associate Scientist and will routinely interfaces with external consumers, and Ocean Spray Product Developers, Quality, Consumer Insights, and Marketing teams.
Nevada: Maintenance Technician – Controls & Automation
Provides departmental and team support for all electrical systems and electronic control systems for packaging equipment and facility support systems. Duties include troubleshooting, calibration, repair and/or replacement of electrical systems and control systems wiring and hardware. This position is responsible for all process control calibration of temperature, pressure and conductivity instrumentation throughout the facility.
