Strive to make every consumer contact an influential raving fan of Company brands. Provide friendly, timely and detailed responses to consumer phone calls and emails and maintain consumer database. Develop strong working knowledge of Company websites and use to guide and invite consumers to learn more about the Company. Successful candidate must have strong communication and computer skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time. Customer service and/or tourism experience preferred. Knowledge of the industry strongly preferred.
