Toronto: Assistant Brand Manager, Innovation

You will be a key team member planning new beer development, new brands, and new packaging formats. You will set the decision dates and enable the team to deliver on time.
• You will become a leader for Molson in front end innovation and participate in advanced ideation sessions.
• You will be developing, championing, and driving timelines and planning on complex and challenging projects.
• You will sit with senior leaders in the business and help them make great decisions, including participation in a Stage Gate process.
• You will manage the innovation teams budget overall and ensure we get our work done with available resources.
Main deliverables
• Project Management support for key innovation initiatives.
• Lead fact-based analysis using industry, category and consumer data to contribute to the development of Molson Marketing strategies and programs. Including competitive monitoring and reporting
• Manage and/or provide coordination support for cross-brand, on-going, or recurring research projects.
• Assist in the formulation and articulation of annual Innovation plans.
• Champion the Innovation function across all functional areas within the organization.
• Assist in the management of relationships between external agencies, research suppliers, and consultancies on assigned projects.
• Lead budget management for innovation team.
