California: Assistant Tasting Room Manager
Assist in the day to day operations of the Bianchi Tasting Room, Wine Club and Special Events. Responsible for customer service, personnel, administrative duties, retail sales and supervision of the Tasting Room Facility.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
• Assist the in the management of Tasting Room sales and inventory control (wine, apparel, accessories, and etc.)
• Assist in taking inventories of wine and merchandise at least monthly.
• Ensure the proper rotation of inventory to insure fresh quality.
• Ensure legal compliance with regards to the sale of alcohol and tobacco products.
• Act as company representative to local organizations and events for the purpose of promoting the Tasting Room as well as staying abreast of new developments in the industry.
• Assist with the ongoing training of staff to increase job knowledge, skill levels, and safety.
