  1. Implement and ensure adherence to mandatory and appropriate quality systems across Ghana -working with the Site quality managers to ensure use of standard sampling plans and methodologies across physico-chemical, packaging, microbiology, and sensory testing.-ensure reliability of measurement through selection of appropriate equipment, ring schemes, training and technical site support along with the GBTC
  2. Lead the functional directing of the Quality Managers on the sites and the Quality System specialist across Ghana to deliver the stretching Improvement plans using PP methodology, achieve the agreed KPI’s and ensure the team’s capabilities are developed.
  3. Champion quality across Ghana operations sites-drive cultural change to support quality in all operations.-setting appropriate standards of operation to deliver quality product-approve process changes (according to approved systems) to ensure quality products-work directly with brewery operations personnel during site visits to ensure quality standards are being met and become part of the ways of working-develop and support supplier management systems along with procurement to drive supplier improvement
  4. Coaching and development of Site Quality Managers-regular communication and with local QMs-identification and execution of developmental needs, either for individuals or the quality team-identification of potential candidates within operations for Quality team succession planning
  5. Lead the Quality leadership forums in Ghana, attend and drive Quality discussion on a regular basis at leadership teams across the business. Liaison with External bodies.

This role will play a key role in achieving and ensuring delivery of quality products to the consumer across Ghana. They will align and champion the quality improvement programs and ensure compliance to standards. Travel will be required between the sites in Ghana and other Hub countries.
