Washington DC: Tasting Room Manager
Gilbert Cellars is looking for a General Manager for our award winning tasting room and wine bar in downtown Yakima. Applicant must be able to show a proven track record of building sales volume in a tasting room or restaurant with a strong wine focus. Applicant must be committed to exceptional customer service and have a passion for wine. He or she must be able to quickly connect with our loyal customers and our community, as well as work to stimulate increased foot traffic from wine tourism. Daily responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
