Atlanta: Sr Sales Executive

1. Support, implement, execute, and steward annual business plan
initiatives at the Franchise and Co-Op levels.
2. Create LSM programs that supplement national initiatives utilizing
Store Operating Funds.
3. Build relationships with Sonic franchisees and field personnel that
create competitive barriers, and steward the value-added resources of
TCCC.
Responsibilities
1. Support and provide input to the ABP. Â This includes coordination of
activities that facilitate implementation of ABP initiatives at the
Franchisee and Co-
Op level.
2. Coordinate internal and external resources  that will create value
and build customer relationships.
3. Track volume and identify reporting issues for all assigned
ownership groups.
4. Insulate the business by being fully integrated in all aspects of
franchisee organizations.
5. Manage new store opening procedure, including equipment,
distribution, account linkage and POS.
6. Utilize selling technologies and sales processes (agenda letters,
call
plans, call reports) as a guiding principle.
7. Communicate key learnings, both internally and externally. Â Share
information with key stakeholders in order to allow the team to make
better and
faster decisions.
8. Prioritize time to ensure appropriate coverage of all key buying
influences.
9. Order all necessary POS and LSM to fit the needs of each
franchisee.
10. Manage personal operating budget to acceptable level.
