UK: Business Development Executive

The National Field Sales team are focussed on delivering high value sales drivers in as many valuable calls as possible and making them stick. The objective is to provide a relentless focus on delivering Great Looking Great Tasting Guinness (GLGT) in every call combined with a clear core Spirits growth strategy will ensure the Field team delivers it’s part of the Sales vision which stems around ‘growing value for us and our customers’.

For the City Centre Business Development Executive, the priority tasks will be to:
-Deliver targeted brand status improvements in the toughest urban retail battlegrounds, as measured by the performance dashboard and Nielsen share measures
[Brighton, Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham, Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, Glasgow, Edinburgh]
-Grow Spirits share of Total Beverage Alcohol in the top Free / Leased / Tenanted City Centre outlets through sell-in of a range of ‘Raise Your Spirits’ sales drivers
-Achieve sustainable distribution targets (through nurturing programmes) for new brands under the Diageo innovation platform.
