Ocean Spray: Export Manager for the Caribbean
Job Description:
Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. is currently looking to fill an Export Manager position to support Ocean Spray International Services business plans for the Caribbean markets by facilitating the development of the Ocean Spray franchise through coordinating in-market activities with Ocean Spray International distributors in the Caribbean. This position develops and recommends annual business development plans for the assigned and new potential export markets. This position is based from Lakeville, MA and does require travel to the Caribbean.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a brand strategy for assigned export markets that guides Ocean Spray’s franchise development and brand treatment including brand position and marketing strategy.
* Assist distributors in development of marketing, promotional and public relations programs that compliment the brand strategy for business development.
* Responsible for development of in-country partnerships, manufacturing, marketing and sales specifically, contract negotiation, marketing plan development and execution, new product launches, annual sales/promotion plan, and broker management.
* Develop annual plans for the assigned markets and provide input regarding future exports.
* Manage external agencies where appropriate
* Manage P&L’s for assigned markets
